Job Description:
MCS Group is supporting a large public sector organisation based in Belfast in adding a HR Business Coordinator. The role includes:
1. Supporting the Human Resource Manager(s) in managing human resources and employee relations issues according to policies and legal requirements.
2. Acting as investigating officer for grievances and disciplinary cases, following HR policies.
3. Managing HR records related to recruitment, discipline, sickness, overtime, leave, etc., and developing reports for management.
4. Monitoring HR performance data, compliance auditing, and participating in absence management, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
5. Assisting in managing sickness absence and implementing related policies.
Person Specification:
* 3rd-level qualification in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or related
* Experience in a unionised environment
* Advice and guidance experience in key HR areas
