Responsibilities
* Lead and strategically develop the KS4 English curriculum;
* Drive outstanding GCSE outcomes in English Language and Literature;
* Support and coach colleagues to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons;
* Use data effectively to raise attainment and close achievement gaps;
* Promote a love of literature and language across the school.
You will
* Be a qualified teacher with strong GCSE teaching experience;
* Have a track record of raising attainment at KS4;
* Demonstrate strong leadership, organisation and communication skills;
* Be committed to inclusive practice and high expectations for all learners;
* Inspire both students and staff through passion and expertise.
