What You Will Do
* Support client engagements throughout the project life cycle, assisting with planning, execution, and delivery of solutions.
* Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing loan and guarantee documentation in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Respond to client requests and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of accuracy and service.
* Use financial and bank systems to process transactions and support client operations.
* Conduct research and analysis to identify issues, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
* Perform data quality assessments and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
* Assist with client onboarding and implementation, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
* Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, trade finance practices, and documentation standards (including Guarantees/SBLCs and related rules).
* Ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation, including KYC and legal agreements.
* Deliver high-quality work within established deadlines and support team members as needed.
* Build strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
* Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills in all aspects of work.
Minimum Qualifications
* 2+ years or more of relevant experience
* Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications
* BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
* Experience working with top US or international investment banks, either in consulting roles (Big 4/Big 4 equivalent) or directly within financial institutions.
* Hands-on experience with trade finance operations, including guarantees, SBLCs, and related documentation standards (UCP600, ISP98, URDG758).
* Working knowledge of capital markets products, operational processes, and banking regulations.
