We are in a fantastic position to be offering Warehouse & Logistics Team Manager roles at our Distribution site, where we have an onsite population of over 1000 colleagues across a 24/7 operation.
Your role as our Warehouse Team Manager will involve engaging and communicating with your team to ensure efficient operations in areas such as goods in, picking, and loading. You will leverage your experience managing fast-paced FMCG logistics or warehouse teams, focusing on managing your people to deliver excellent service to our customers.

* Setting targets, reviewing progress, and creating improvement plans
* Being solutions-driven, resolving operational issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
* Monitoring and delivering KPIs, taking action to meet them
About you
You should be a true people person, capable of operating at pace and thinking outside the box. Additionally, you should meet the following criteria:
* At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics FMCG environment
* Team management experience is desirable but not essential
