Job Summary
We are seeking a part time experienced Administration Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires an individual who can manage their time efficiently and work independently, with a strong focus on accuracy.
We require flexibility to offer additional support during school holidays to help cover staff shortages.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Data entry
* Processing orders
* Booking in stock
* General logistics assistance
* Monitoring our admin email folder
* General office duties (filing, answering phone calls)
* Holiday cover
Qualifications and Skills
Essential
* Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
* Sage experience
