We're looking for a Maintenance Assistant who is ready to ensure our building and equipment are always in top condition, creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents and staff.

Your role goes beyond fixing things; it's about enhancing the everyday lives of those around you. From ensuring lights stay bright to maintaining safety systems, you'll be the go-to person for keeping our facility at its best.

1. Tackle Repairs: Fix issues like leaky faucets or broken door handles to ensure everything functions properly.
2. Electrical Checks: Inspect control panels and wiring to identify and address potential problems early.
3. Install & Upgrade: Handle installations of new appliances and essential equipment with precision.
4. Outdoor Maintenance: Maintain grounds through lawn mowing and trash collection.
5. Light Maintenance: Replace light bulbs and perform general upkeep to contribute to resident comfort.
6. Safety First: Conduct regular checks of safety systems such as fire alarms to ensure safety.
7. Building Care: Inspect and repair damages to building surfaces to keep spaces looking their best.
8. Project Participation: Engage in various projects, including renovations to improve facilities.
9. Collaborative Reporting: Work with the facilities or maintenance manager to address larger issues.
10. Uphold Standards: Ensure all work meets high standards of quality, health, and safety.
11. Flexibility: Be available for occasional evening and weekend work, and be on-call for emergencies.
