L&D Consultant – Digital Learning Design FTC 6-9 months Glasgow, Hybrid Salary - up to £40,000 FTE DOE Ready to put your instructional design skills to work in a hands-on, high-impact role? We’re working with a values-driven financial services organisation in the midst of a major customer experience transformation. They’re looking for a practical, detail-focused L&D Consultant to help bring clarity and consistency to frontline training, shifting from in-person, peer-led learning to a self-serve, digital-first model using engaging, bite-sized, modular content. To succeed in this role, proficiency in Articulate 360 is a must. You’ll be designing multiple digital learning projects from scratch, including simulations, process guides, and video walkthroughs. This is instructional design, not facilitation. We’re looking for someone who enjoys building structured, usable content that supports learning at the point of need. You’ll need to be confident working independently, ideally with an understanding of financial services, contact centre, or other similar regulated environments. You’ll be translating regulated, often complex processes into clear, visual learning, and working with stakeholders at all levels.
