About The Client:
Join our client an industry-leading and award-winning CCTV Operating and Alarm Receiving Centre. We monitor sites across the UK from our high-spec, busy control room.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
* Monitoring CCTV activity and images for criminal or suspicious activity
* Taking incoming and making outgoing telephone calls, liaising with customers, clients and security companies
* Updating and reporting on clients' recorded information and creating brief incident reports
* Handling and management of alarms

Screening & Training:
All offers of employment are subject to:
* Satisfactory references from the previous 5 years employment history

Successful candidates will:
* Attend a course to obtain the SIA CCTV qualification (company funded), if not already held
* Complete a minimum of 20 hours training, typically between 08:00-20:00 (hours can be adjusted to suit individual needs)
