* LSH Auto is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Team Leader for our Mercedes Benz division
* You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their ownership journey
* This role is based at our flagship dealership in Stockport and involves managing team performance, handling escalated customer enquiries, and implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty
* Lead and motivate the Aftersales team, fostering a customer‑centric culture
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of the team to meet performance goals and KPIs
* Handle escalated customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure resolution
* Develop and implement customer success strategies to improve retention and satisfaction
* Collaborate with sales, service, and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience
* Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
