Office & Reception Coordinator

We are looking for a friendly and organised Office & Reception Coordinator to join our welcoming team at Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers Manchester Central Hub.

This full‑time role offers a supportive environment and built‑in flexibility, making it ideal for anyone seeking a balanced position that fits well around other commitments.

Duties Include:

1. Welcome visitors, manage signing-in, provide refreshments.
2. Manage parking calendar and meeting room bookings.
3. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
4. Communication: Share company and office-wide updates.
5. Provide updates to senior management.
6. Relationship Management: Liaise with landlord, building managers, contractors, and cleaners.
7. Share building-related updates internally.
8. New Starter On boarding: Welcome new starters and provide office tours.
9. Prepare passes, stationery, and equipment.
10. Office Maintenance & Supplies.
11. Report maintenance issues and coordinate resolutions.
12. Maintain office, kitchen, and staff areas.
13. Manage stock and refreshments.
14. Health & Safety: Coordinate H&S and fire requirements.
15. Maintain first aid kits and training records.
16. Liaise with building management after fire drills.
17. Administration: Manage document archiving, incoming/outgoing post.
18. Order supplies and schedule interviews.
19. Support office and social events.
20. Values & Conduct: Maintain a positive, flexible attitude and strong work ethic.
21. Promote a can-do culture and good timekeeping.

Qualifications & Experience Required

37. GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths, minimum grade C
38. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
39. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
40. Experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not essential
