Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will have primary responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing and running of all the financial activities of the Group, including financial/management accounting and the supporting systems, internal business reporting, external financial reporting, management of the annual external audit, liaison with senior management and assistance with business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting.
Qualifications
Professional accounting qualification
Evidence of continuous personal and professional development (e.g. MBA)
Operating at Executive Director level in a medium to large complex and stand-alone service organisation
Demonstrable track record of significant achievements and delivered results
Developed and delivered a comprehensive financial strategy and plan
Negotiated and influenced on a range of complex financial issues
Strategic planner and visionary capable of translating the service strategy into effective financial policy and objectives.
Analytical and financial astuteness, able to maintain control
Effective and professional presenter, able of presenting to Investors, Board and External Parties
Possess the drive for improvement
