Collecting and analysing crop, soil, and pest data to support agronomic decision-making. Helping to deliver integrated pest and disease management programmes. Supporting trials on new varieties, nutrition programmes, and sustainable growing methods. Building relationships with growers, packhouses, and technical suppliers. What we are looking for A keen interest in crop science, horticulture, or agriculture, degree preferred but not essential. Practical farming or horticultural experience – placements, seasonal work, or internships are all valuable. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in the field.
