Responsibilities
Carry out a range of construction and finishing works to a high standard.
General building tasks including (but not limited to):
* Carpentry & Joinery
* Plastering & drylining
* Basic plumbing & electrics (non-certified works only)
* Tiling & flooring
* Painting & Decorating
Qualifications
Reliable & Experienced.
Good speaking English and able to read instructions.
Self motivated and able to complete tasks independently.
Own tools.
Own transport not a requirement but be able to move around London with own tools using public transport. Heavy goods and tools will be transported for you if required.
Be reliable and punctual with a professional attitude.
Be able to communicate effectively with clients and other team members.
