If you're a Psychology graduate looking to gain practical experience supporting children and young people, we have a range of exciting opportunities across mainstream, SEN, and SEMH settings in North Staffordshire.
These roles are ideal if you're considering a future career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Youth Work or Teaching.
* Supporting pupils with additional needs (SEN, ASD, ADHD, SEMH)
* Working 1:1 or with small groups focusing on behaviour, emotional regulation and engagement
* Assisting teachers in delivering lessons and interventions
* Helping students overcome barriers to learning
* Providing consistent routines, structure, and encouragement
* Working collaboratively with SENCOs, pastoral teams, and external professionals
* Psychology graduates keen to apply theory in real-world settings
* Empathetic, patient, and emotionally intelligent individuals
* Confident communicators who can build strong relationships
* People who remain calm in challenging situations
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
* Hands‑on experience with behaviour, SEN, trauma‑informed practice and child development
* Training and support provided
* Long‑term roles that strengthen postgraduate or teacher training applications
* Weekly pay and flexible options available
