Service Administrator – Changan Doncaster
Ready to bring your organisational talent to a team. We’re looking for a proactive Service Administrator who thrives in a people-first environment. You’ll play a key part in keeping our services running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Deliver customer experiences that exceed expectations, guided by clear Brand and JCT600 quality measures.
* Take ownership of daily service booking approvals, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
* Collaborate with the Parts Department to confirm parts availability for all scheduled bookings.
* Maintain 100% accuracy in all administrative activities.
* Communicate professionally and confidently via phone and email, representing JCT600 with clarity and care.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an automotive customer support role (preferable).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a busy environment.
