Role Highlights:

* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEN
* Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create individualized learning plans (ILPs) and EHCP targets

Experience & Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience working with children with SEN in a specialist or mainstream setting
* Strong knowledge of SEND frameworks, EHCP processes, and inclusive teaching strategies
* A creative and adaptable approach to teaching, with the ability to differentiate for a variety of learning needs
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a child-centered approach
* Enhanced DBS check required
