Are you a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager looking for your next challenge? We're seeking an experienced and proactive marketing professional to take the lead in developing and executing marketing strategies that will strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth across the UK. Working closely with the senior management team, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering engaging marketing campaigns that span both digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities
* Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to boost brand awareness and sales growth. This includes digital campaigns, exhibitions, POS, email marketing and socials
* Customer Engagement & Merchandising: Liaise with customers to ensure POS materials are up to date, promotions are implemented, and displays meet brand standards.
* Events & Exhibitions: Plan and coordinate events and exhibitions, ensuring displays and marketing materials align with brand and sales objectives.
* Reporting: Produce detailed monthly reports for senior management, analysing campaign performance and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
* Innovation & Growth: Collaborate with the Sales team to explore new marketing opportunities and channels to drive the business forward.

Qualifications & Experience
* Proven experience in marketing management and strategy development
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in SEO, Google Ads, and social media management
* Excellent analytical and copywriting skills
* Minimum 3 years experience in a marketing role (preferred)
