The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional, personable Customer Service Administrator to become the first point of contact for our customers. This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcoming customers and acting as the face of the business
* Managing incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and care
* Inputting estimates into our Bodyshop Management System
* Supporting daily administrative operations across the team
* Ensuring every customer interaction reflects our high standards
What We’re Looking For
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly, confident approach
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Comfortable engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
* Ability to remain efficient and composed in a busy environment
Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
