Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide vital administrative support to the operations team and broader business. This position involves order processing, record keeping, scheduling, data management and customer service tasks.
Responsibilities
·Maintaining financial and employee records
·Co-ordinate meetings and projects
·Communicate with key clients and suppliers
·Able to raise requisitions and invoices using Xero (this is essential for the role)
Experience
·Able to work in a fast paced environment, part-time hours 9-1 every day ideally
·Must be numerate and have basic knowledge of Xero
·Admin background essential
·Strong organisational skills
·Experience of multi tasking
·Good communication skills both written and verbally
