We have presence in the UK, India and Ukraine.

* Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications with a strong focus on usability, security, and performance.
* Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring a balance between new features, technical improvements, and compliance.
* Drive an agile and iterative approach, using data-driven insights, experimentation, and user feedback to refine and improve the mobile experience.
* Ensure the mobile app integrates seamlessly with existing portals, platforms, and APIs, supporting a connected digital ecosystem for our clients.

Strategic Leadership

* Define and evolve the mobile product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO, Product Director, and wider leadership team.
* Deliver outcomes that drive App Store compliance, adoption, and user growth.

Team Leadership

* Lead and mentor Product Managers, Analysts, and Designers to deliver high-value initiatives.
* Champion product discovery and hypothesis-driven development.

Stakeholder Management

* Align mobile product goals with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
* Engage directly with clients to validate product decisions and gather market feedback.
* Partner with marketing and customer success to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.

Voice of the Market

* Stay ahead of mobile trends and technologies (e.g. eIDAS 2.0, mDL) across the UK, EU, and US.
* Integrate customer feedback, competitor insights, and compliance requirements into strategy.

Requirements:

* Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager (or equivalent), ideally in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
* Deep expertise in mobile product management, including UX, feature delivery, and app store optimisation.
* Experience using analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking to drive decisions.
* Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to prioritise effectively.
* Strong knowledge of data security and compliance in mobile apps.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Strong communicator—able to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Confident leading discussions with internal teams and external clients.
* Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making under ambiguity.
* Operates independently with full accountability.
* Empathy for users, with the ability to turn pain points into meaningful features.
