About the role…
This is an opportunity for an experienced and high-performing automotive sales manager to lead the used car sales department for the prestigious Land Rover brand at Hatfields' Liverpool dealership.
We're looking to recruit a commercially aware leader capable of managing a sales team to achieve profitability targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
As the Used Car Sales Manager, you will be accountable for:
* The day-to-day management of the used car sales department.
* Delivering on sales and profitability targets set for the department.
* Managing, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
* Identifying and addressing the training needs of your team members.
* Developing and implementing effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
* Creating and communicating a clear sales action plan to the team.
You should demonstrate the following skills and experience:
* Proven experience managing a high achieving sales team within the relevant industry.
* Commercial awareness and a good understanding of market trends & manufacturer initiatives
* Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment
* Ability to Identify training and development needs within the team
* Ability to develop a sales action plan and communicate targets effectively to the team
