Responsibilities
* Apply Group Policies related to Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety and Quality.
* Permanently advise customers about new products, solutions and services.
* Personalised attention and visits to customers to determine needs and provide solutions.
* Ongoing coordination with customer services to monitor orders, claims, planning of visits and contacts with customers, collection arrangements, etc.
* Participate in the definition of new customer search strategies, carrying out necessary prospecting.
* Propose sales forecasts and monitor them.
* Propose account plans and stakeholder analysis for customers and monitor them.
* Promote health and safety best practice; attend meetings with customer services, Sales Manager and other relevant team members.
* Keep up to date with the technical characteristics of the products to advise customers on applications.
* Participate in planning of commercial activities with the Sales Manager.
* Collect customer information to maintain databases and be aware of competitors, prices, new products and formats.
* Fulfil management guidelines related to prices, minimum orders, production qualities, etc.
* Handle orders (regular, new references or modifications).
* Maintain customer working platforms in line with business needs.
* Maintain and exceed sales targets.
* Work with internal stakeholders to develop best practice profitably.
Qualifications
* Work Experience: Sales.
* Education: GCSEs (General Certificate of Secondary Education), Mathematics.
* Worker Type: Regular.
