Role Overview:
As a Lead Generator, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our sales pipeline for Ocean Freight. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify leads, establish connections, and schedule meetings with our salespeople. You will leverage various databases and coordinate with ongoing inbound marketing campaigns to identify and engage potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Research and identify target markets using various databases and tools.
* Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure they meet the requirements for further engagement.
* Initiate contact with prospects through telesales efforts, emails, and other communication channels.
* Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, warming up leads and preparing them for a successful transition to the sales team.
* Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and our salespeople.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with inbound marketing campaigns.
* Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and progress in our CRM system.
* Continuously refine lead generation processes and strategies based on feedback and results.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven 1-2years experience in telesales and lead generation for Ocean Freight.
* Ambitious with a professional attitude.
* Strong tenacity, curiosity, and an analytical mind.
* Patient, persuasive, and persistent.
* Excellent research skills and ability to understand target markets.
* Proficient in prospecting and lead nurturing.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams.
