Who are we?
We are a nationwide company specialising in catering and refrigeration maintenance for high‑end customers. Due to growth, we are looking for experienced Commercial Refrigeration Engineers to work as part of a dynamic team, manage customer expectations, and take pride in the results.
The philosophy is simple: our engineers are the heartbeat of our business; we look after them and, in return, they look after our customers.
There are regular opportunities to work beyond the guaranteed 40 hours per week; on average our engineers work 50 hours per week (Monday to Friday), including door‑to‑door travel and paid lunch breaks.
Engineers drive branded vans, have fuel cards, and auto‑pay parking, toll and congestion charges - the van is also available for personal use.
How We Work
Each engineer manages their own customer sites within a workable area, avoiding long travel times. Customers prefer the same engineer for continuity, building lasting relationships.

Ideally What You’ll Have
* Recognised industry qualifications - e.g. FGas (others such as hydrocarbon, NVQ and City & Guilds)
* Electrical qualifications
* Manufacturer training - e.g. Foster’s, Williams, True
* Knowledge and experience with a variety of refrigeration equipment
* Proven record of building strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Driving licence (must)
