Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices and reconciliations.
Support the month-end closing processes.
Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate payments.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies in financial data.
Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Contribute to process improvements within the accounting and finance department.

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
