Senior Accountant Job Overview
* As a Senior Accountant, you'll take ownership of managing client portfolios, this is a mixture of small to medium-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals
* Your daily role will include supervising junior staff, reviewing their work and making any necessary adjustments
* providing strategic financial advice to your dedicated portfolio
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements to the highest standards.
* Preparing self-assessment tax returns
* Advise and assist clients with cloud based bookkeeping software
* Mentor and develop junior members of staff
Senior Accountant Job Requirements
* ACA / ACCA finalist or qualified
* 5 years + experience in a UK accountancy firm
* Proven expertise in accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Proficiency in cloud based accounting software
Senior Accountant Salary & Benefits
* £32,000 - £40,000 dependant on skills and experience
