The post-holder will work as part of the Advanced Analytics Unit to provide evidence, tools, analysis, and insights in support of national and regional projects. They will bring, and further develop, technical expertise in modelling, statistics, data science, operational research, and health economics. The role requires delivering all aspects of the analytics lifecycle, including requirements gathering, methodology development, presentation, and interpretation, working closely with decision-makers to achieve impact.
The post-holder will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and must have strong coding skills, including proficiency in R, PySpark, and experience with Github. They should be capable of developing dashboards using Tableau, Databricks, or FDP, and have excellent requirements gathering skills to design reporting tools. Leadership skills are essential to manage daily analysis activities for the Martha’s Rule programme, ensuring quality assurance and meeting team and programme requirements.
