We are currently recruiting for an experienced Bid Manager to join a well-established construction business based in Elgin, supporting the delivery of major projects across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Bid Management, Pre-Construction, Commercial, or Design Management who is looking to play a key role in securing and shaping future projects. Working closely with senior leadership and operational teams, you will manage bids from early design and feasibility stages through to tender submission and project handover, ensuring commercially strong and competitive submissions.
