Responsibilities
* Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
* Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar effectively
* Handle patient inquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is upheld
* Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries
* Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow throughout the day
* Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming for patients

Experience
