We are currently recruiting for a Senior Property Manager to take on a well-managed portfolio of 9 residential developments.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to step into a more senior role, with a manageable portfolio and the chance to build strong relationships across clients and residents.
The Role:
Managing a portfolio of 9 residential developments
Full end-to-end block management responsibilities
Budget management and service charge oversight
Managing contractors, maintenance and site standards
Handling client and resident queries
Attending site visits and meetings
What we are looking for:
Minimum 2 years experience within residential property management
Strong customer service background
Excellent communication skills, able to deal with stakeholders at all levels
Organised, proactive and able to manage a portfolio independently
Full UK driving licence
Package:
£38,000 £40,000 basic salary
£4,500 car allowance
