We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician to join our Worksop facility, playing a key role in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
The Role
As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will support the Quality team in maintaining and improving our quality management systems and ensuring that products meet regulatory and customer requirements.
This is a hands‑on, detail‑focused role where your work will directly impact patient safety and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform quality inspections and testing of raw materials, in‑process, and finished products
* Support investigations into non‑conformances, deviations, and customer complaints
* Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
* Maintain accurate quality documentation and records in line with regulatory standards
* Support internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and company procedures
* Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to drive quality improvements
About You
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail‑oriented, and passionate about quality.
You will ideally have:
* Previous experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role (manufacturing environment preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
* Knowledge of quality systems, standards, and compliance requirements
* Good communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
* A methodical approach with strong organisational skills
* Experience within healthcare, medical devices, or regulated industries
* Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 / ISO 13485)
* Understanding of root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone)
