Overview

Location: Hybrid (Canary Wharf, London)

Salary: £12.30/hour + Uncapped Commission (OTE £5,000/year)

Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (rotational shifts including one weekend day every other week)

Reports to: Team Manager

We\'re seeking a passionate and driven Travel Agent to join our vibrant team supporting Centre Parcs, Pierre et Vacances, and MAEVA. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading European holiday brands, helping customers plan unforgettable getaways.

If you\'re fluent in Dutch and English, have a flair for customer service, and love creating memorable experiences, we\'d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls for both sales and customer service
* Modify, cancel, and confirm bookings
* Use client systems to manage service requests
* Understand customer needs and generate sales through tailored recommendations
* Upsell additional services, products, and extended stays


What We\'re Looking For

* Fluent Dutch and English speaker
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Sales-oriented mindset with a natural ability to influence
* Detail-oriented multitasker with emotional resilience
* Previous experience in customer service or sales (Essential)
* Understanding of call centre KPIs and practices (Preferred)
* Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences


Training & Development

Full training provided (product, systems, sales techniques, customer service)
