Key Responsibilities
* Engage with stakeholders to capture and validate business requirements for AI solutions.
* Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
* Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align objectives.
* Support roadmap development and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
* Monitor progress, manage risks, and escalate issues proactively.
* Ensure requirements and solution designs consider group-wide applicability and scalability across all OpCos.
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in business analysis within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* Strong understanding of airline operations and data-driven transformation.
* Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
* Ability to produce clear documentation and actionable insights.
* Significant experience in similar roles, with a proven ability to integrate quickly into new teams and deliver immediate value.
* Initial co-location with BA teams in London is essential to ensure close collaboration. Candidates must also be prepared to travel internationally during later stages to facilitate group-wide deployment.
