Responsibilities:
* Project and pitch leadership to manage pitch timelines, budgets, and resources.
* Collaborate with the Creative Director and team to generate innovative ideas.
* Oversee all aspects of creative projects from concept to delivery.
* Team Management to provide leadership to Creative Assistants and Junior staff.
* Allocate resources efficiently to meet project needs.
* Nurture and develop key client accounts, fostering growth opportunities.
* Drive innovation in art installations and design methodologies.
* Champion continuous improvement in creative approaches and production methods.
* Foster a creative and collaborative culture within the department.
* Maintain regular communication with suppliers, partners, and clients.
* Manage Creative Google folders and template documents.
* Action template docs and presentations.
* Efficiently manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Participate in industry events to advocate for and advance the agency’s interests, fostering new opportunities in the process.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in creative leadership within agencies or creative studios.
* Seeking a creative individual with a background in immersive and experiential events, coupled with strong organisational and project management skills.
* Proficient in Project Management, adept at prioritizing tasks, handling multiple projects simultaneously, and meeting deadlines.
* Familiarity with tools such as Asana and Scoro is advantageous.
* Strong decision-making abilities, including setting timelines, making final decisions on Copy, Art, and Design, and managing projects for the Creative Team.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with suppliers, partners, and clients in both creative and business contexts.
* Effective management skills, capable of keeping creatives on schedule, managing time, and basic HR management for direct reports.
* Strong leadership and team-building abilities to motivate others.
* Creative mindset with a passion for design, delivering high-quality work across immersive event campaigns, marketing messages, and branding.
* Proficiency in deck building, design, image sourcing, and copywriting is essential.
* Analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate pitches, and drive continuous improvement. Strategic thinking and problem-solving with a proactive approach.
* Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
