First Line Support Analyst – £24,000

Leicester | Hybrid after probation


The Company

The Role

You’ll be the first point of contact for customer issues - logging tickets, troubleshooting problems, and escalating when needed. It’s a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to build strong foundations in IT support.


What You’ll Do

* Handle first-line support calls and tickets
* Log and manage issues through the helpdesk
* Troubleshoot software/application problems
* Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
* Follow up to ensure high-quality resolutions
* Take part in ongoing technical training


What We’re Looking For

* Degree in IT/Computer Science (or similar)
* Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Proactive and able to work well both independently and in a team
