What You’ll Do
* Handle first-line support calls and tickets
* Log and manage issues through the helpdesk
* Troubleshoot software/application problems
* Escalate complex issues to senior engineers
* Follow up to ensure high-quality resolutions
* Take part in ongoing technical training
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in IT/Computer Science (or similar)
* Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication skills
* Proactive and able to work well both independently and in a team
