Base pay range
Title: L&D Academy Coordinator
Contracts: Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 35 hours per week
Persona: Agile (20-40% in office and 3-4 days working from home)
Office Location: Stratford, London
Salary: Starting from £28,409 per annum depending on experience

Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a L&D Academy Coordinator to join our L&D team. The L&D Academy supports the organisation in developing skills, knowledge, and behaviours to meet objectives. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, coordinating and supporting the delivery of learning initiatives, managing the LMS system, maintaining training records, and supporting organisational learning events.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support learning initiatives, including preparing materials and managing logistics.
* Manage and maintain the LMS system (iLearn), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
* Process course bookings, maintain training records, and report on attendance and cancellations.
* Provide KPI and ad hoc reports as required.
* Liaise with colleagues and external providers on courses offered.
* Create and monitor divisional budgets.
* Support organisational learning events such as Great Place to Work and Learning at Work Week.
