We're on the lookout for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join our small but busy team. This is a varied support role where you'll help with general office organisation, admin tasks, and social media – keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and managing day-to-day office enquiries
* General office organisation – keeping supplies stocked and files up to date
* Filing, scanning, and data entry for job files, vehicle logs, and compliance documents
* Collating timesheets
* Downloading, naming, and organising site photos, forms, and job-related files
* Posting updates to our social media accounts
* Assisting with creating simple marketing materials or award submissions
What We're Looking For:
* Organised, proactive, and detail-focused
* Confident on the phone and in written communication
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic digital tools
* Able to manage time well and prioritise tasks
