Responsibilities:
1. Analyse business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
3. Identify and address shortcomings in the use of business systems.
4. Deliver automation solutions to automate manual offline processes as required.
5. Create and maintain reports to support business processes using standard tools.
6. Develop dashboards and data visualisations.
7. Provide technical support and training to end-users.
8. Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
9. Coordinate with external teams to ensure compliance with standards.
10. Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
11. Actively support and advise on key S&OP Project.
12. Support business requests from Operations and Planning management.
Requirements:
13. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
14. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in the manufacturing sector.
15. Minimum 3 years' experience in project management/delivery.
16. Expertise in Navision ERP, including implementation, support, configuration and customisation.
17. Hands-on familiarity with SAP S4/Hana.
18. Experience delivering ancillary bolt-on solutions e.g., MES, WMS, QMS
19. Proficiency in developing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
20. Strong skills in Power BI for data visualisation and reporting.
21. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
22. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
23. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
24. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
25. At ease working with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
Strongly Preferred:
26. Expertise in SAP S4/Hana implementations/migrations.
27. PRINCE2 or PMP certification.
28. Certification in Navision ERP, SSRS, or Power BI.
29. Familiarity with Power Automate, UiPath or other RPA tools.
