About The Role
A position has become available within the Commercial Department for a National Accounts Manager. This will be a full-time position, and your normal hours of work will be Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. The National Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key national accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving growth opportunities to expand NoteMachine's presence and revenue in the market. Responsibilities will include:
* Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, serve as the main point of contact, and ensure client satisfaction. Proven experience in account management, excellent communication skills, and relationship-building abilities are required.
* Business Development: Identify and pursue growth opportunities within national accounts, including upselling, expanding ATM deployments, and exploring new business avenues to increase revenue and market share.
* Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with national account partners, ensuring favorable terms aligned with business objectives.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans to meet revenue targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the ATM industry, informing strategic decisions.
* Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs related to national accounts, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
* Customer Advocacy: Act as a trusted advisor for national account partners, representing their interests within NoteMachine.
* Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations on account performance, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives for senior management.
Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, addressing inquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and identifying upselling opportunities. Willingness to travel as needed is required.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in account management or similar roles

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
