The Role
We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice (SCQF Level 6). This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.
Key Duties Will Include:
* Preparing client quotes and booking candidates onto courses.
* Assisting with candidate portfolios, ensuring accurate submission to awarding bodies.
* Taking and processing passport-quality photographs for certification purposes.
* Monitoring the shared inbox and responding to client queries.
* Taking meeting minutes and distributing them to staff.
* Issuing certificates and updating our candidate database.
* Preparing classrooms and course materials.
* Checking and processing client payments.
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Good written and verbal communication.
* Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A positive and proactive attitude to learning.
