The opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Head of Content to guide the editorial and creative video teams. This pivotal role involves leading a dedicated team of Content Producers in the development, scripting, and production of explainer-style video content for distribution across YouTube and various social media platforms.
The ideal candidate will bring a solid history of steering creative teams towards the creation of digital video content that resonates with a broad audience.

Responsibilities include:
* Spearheading the editorial direction of our client's content offerings.
* Crafting and refining the overarching content strategy, encompassing new formats, allocation of resources, and series development.
* Managing the content production process, including pitch, research, script, and production phases for explainer-style digital video content.
* Conducting editorial meetings and overseeing a team of four Content Producers as their direct supervisor, which includes regular one-on-one sessions and bi-annual development planning meetings.
* Coordinating the publishing calendar to ensure timely delivery of video projects, equipped with the necessary resources for publication.
* Providing critical feedback on content pitches, video scripts, drafts, and sponsored content integrations.
* Supervising the production of the weekly email newsletter and offering editorial advice.
* Supporting the commercial objectives of the company, including the creation of branded content and sponsored integrations.
