Job Description:
The role involves managing the strategy and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Telecoms station upgrades at Colindale and Surrey Quays Stations. The projects include transitioning stations from existing to temporary states and then into new, fully commissioned stations.
We seek an experienced professional familiar with London Underground/Overground standards, capable of collaborating with supply chain partners and LU/LO to deliver efficient project outcomes during implementation.
This position suits an ambitious individual who thrives in a high-performance team environment. Rail civil engineering experience, preferably from a main contractor background, is essential.
Requirements:
* Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Telecoms station projects involving LU/LO
* Relevant technical qualification (Degree, HNC/HND)
* Experience mentoring junior staff
* Understanding of customer service processes and legislative compliance, including rail standards, employment law, health and safety, and environmental regulations
* Knowledge of project performance issues and experience evaluating construction variations
* Proven ability to deliver phased installation, testing, and commissioning while maintaining station operations
* Excellent communication skills
