Based in the heart of Walsall this reputable, long standing law firm seeks a Residential Conveyancer to join its small but successful practice. This is a full-time permanent role.

The Role:
Our client is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 3-year PQE. The role will involve handling a caseload of sales and purchase (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity and re-mortgage. You will have plenty of secretarial support along with support from more senior members of the team.
About You:
To be considered for this Residential Conveyancer role you must be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least a years’ experience running your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You must be a team player and pride yourself up client care and this firm focuses on quality over quantity.
