As Head Cook, your Day-to-day duties of the role include:
Prepare daily meals for students and staff according to the school menu.
Ensure that all dishes are made to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
Manage kitchen inventory and order supplies as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Work closely with the school administration to plan and execute meal plans that cater to various dietary requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in an educational setting.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and recipes.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
