What you’ll bring to Answer
* Designing and implementing complex data pipelines, leveraging both NoSQL and relational databases.
* Developing and managing cloud-based data solutions, ensuring scalability and security.
* Leading and mentoring junior data engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.
* Implementing and overseeing CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of data services.
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other backend languages relevant to data processing.
Nice to have experience in:
* Participating in the organisation and delivery of our Data Engineer Academy.
* Automating data processes and integrating ETL workflows with scripting skills.
* Using BI tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights.
* Applying best practices in software design, principles, and architecture.
* Staying updated on data engineering trends, especially healthcare data standards (SNOMED, FHIR, HL7).
* Understanding the role of a consultancy and sharing a passion for solving customer problems.
