Our client is a well-established construction business specialising in civil engineering works across North Wales. With a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and fostering a supportive team culture, they are now seeking an Administrator to join their friendly office team.
The Role
The Administrator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office. This is a varied position that will suit someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and providing a professional first point of contact
* Preparing, processing, and managing large volumes of paperwork
* Assisting with quotations and documentation for projects
* Inputting data and assisting with financial administration, including use of Sage software (preferred)
* Supporting the management team with general office administration tasks
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams as required
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring files are kept up to date
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous administrative experience (construction or engineering environment desirable)
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience using Sage accounting software (advantageous)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage deadlines
* Proactive, reliable, and a team player
