The Role
We are seeking a talented Senior National Account Manager to join a vibrant sales team at one of the most exciting times in the companies journey. As a key player in the on-trade division, you will directly manage Mitchell & Butler and CMBC as well as bring support to the national account team.
As Senior National Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the on-trade strategy, forging strong relationships with key customers, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the On-Trade Controller, you will:
* Manage and nurture relationships with top on-trade customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
* Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to develop tailored solutions and drive mutual success.
* Lead negotiations and implement commercial agreements and joint business plans.
* Work closely with the marketing team to bring the brand to life within on-trade partners.
* Provide support and expertise to the wider NAM team to drive sales and marketing initiatives.
* Engage in exciting business projects, including new product launches and innovative marketing campaigns.
The Person
* A minimum of 4 years' experience in On-Trade, with a proven track record of success.
* Strong relationships and experience working with on-trade managed retailers.
* Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Proficiency in data analysis, with the ability to derive insights and drive informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
* A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, preferably with a focus on business or related fields.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
