Field Service Engineer - Industrial Cleaning EquipmentThe RoleAs a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of LPG and electrically powered industrial cleaning machines. The role involves both reactive fault-finding and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.You will work closely with customers and internal teams, adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines, company policies, and health & safety standards at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesService, maintain, and repair LPG and electric industrial cleaning machinesDiagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faultsCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety proceduresDeliver a high standard of customer service on-siteAccurately complete service reports and documentationManage workload independently while meeting service schedulesCandidate RequirementsRelevant technical or engineering qualifications (or equivalent experience)Previous experience in a field service or similar engineering roleStrong understanding of:Mechanical systemsElectrical systemsHydraulic principlesAbility to work independently and under pressureGood time management and organisational skillsFull UK driving licencePackage & BenefitsCompetitive salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annumCompany vehicleSmartphoneBranded workwear/uniformFull product training programmePension schemeHoliday entitlementFlexible working scheduleStandard 8-hour shift patternsTo apply, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to alex. drury @ nmsrecruit. com or, alternatively, submit your application via the link belowImportant Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
