Senior National Account Manager – Sainsbury’s

We’re partnering with a leading multi-branded FMCG food manufacturer based in London – a business known for its innovation, sustainable values and strong market presence within the UK ambient food sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious National Account Manager looking to take the next step in their career. You’ll be managing two of the business’s most strategic retail partners - Sainsbury’s, worth circa £40m P&L.
The role:
✅ Full ownership of the Sainsbury’s relationship (no.3 account)
✅ Delivering joint business plans & driving category growth
✅ Pushing innovation & NPD to win in competitive categories
✅ Working internally with Category and Marketing teams to create a story through brand & data
We’re looking for:
🔹 An established SNAM / NAM or an upward-curve NAM ready for a step up to SNAM
🔹 At least 3 years full trading cycle experience managing a Top 4 account
🔹 Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability
🔹 Passion for brands, innovation and sustainable growth
Salary: £65k-£70k plus package
3 days in London office.
