We are currently working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in the B30 area who are looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team on a full-time, temporary basis. This role will involve supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to help pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and stay engaged in lessons. The school has a supportive staff team and a strong focus on inclusion, making it a great environment for someone who is passionate about helping young people reach their potential.
